Vivi, you are 1 month old!! You have been such a joy from day 1. Your birth was amazing, and you have completed our life and our family. You love to be held. Your first two weeks at home, your Daddy and I alternated sleeping with you on our chest during the night. He would take the first 3 hours, and then I would get up and nurse you and take the second 3 hours. We are tired, but you are so worth it! At first, we tried to swaddle you with your arms out because you would get fighting mad when we put them inside the swaddle. Once we started forcing you to keep them in- you started going longer stretches of sleeping! You have been trying to smile and coo already and your smiles are the sweetest. Your siblings adore you, and Hayes has even started to adjust to life with you. He loves to suck his left thumb and rub your hair with his free hand. You had an eventful month- you have been Trick-or-Treating and also attended your first birthday party.
