I am always ordering things for one thing or another so I was thinking it would be fun to share all the things I’ve purchased recently. I will say- a lot of my focus lately has been on holiday items, decor, and gifts. I have had to come off of my being completely DONE by November 13 deadline and compromise with I will have it all done except stocking stuffers! Anyway- here is a list of things I have ordered lately (get ready for all of the randomness lol) outside of Christmas gifts!
1. King of Christmas- Christmas Tree
A new King of Christmas tree for our downstairs: I loved the one we purchased last year so much that I decided to add a simpler version for the downstairs area. I may or may not have already put it up, but just haven’t added lights or decorated it yet. I will show you guys all the details once we get it done, hopefully this week! I want to do a very traditional theme for this tree because our downstairs feels way more rustic than our upstairs. I can’t wait to show you!
2. Barefoot Dreams Blanket Dupe
The most AMAZING Barefoot Dreams dupe throws from Wal-Mart: One of my besties messaged me yesterday and told me I had to check them out! When our local Wal-Mart wouldn’t ship them to me I went on the hunt. Three Wal-Mart trips later.. I ended up coming home with SEVEN of these! Y’all the quality is SO GOOD, and they would make the most perfect teacher gifts, friend gifts, teen girl gifts, etc. Olivia is already obsessed with hers- she got the leopard one. It’s more of a baby blue than a gray, but it’s definitely a favorite of mine too! We got 3 of the leopard, 2 ivory, 1 brown plaid, and one of the red and white striped for Christmas decor.
3. The Always Effortless Lululemon Jacket
Always Effortless Lululemon Jacket: I have had this jacket in light pink for literally 5-6 years and wear it NONSTOP. I washed it with a pen (thanks hubby for working so hard and leaving a pen in your pants pocket haha) and haven’t gotten it completely out. But- I just can’t part with the jacket because I love it so much. So last week I finally got another. They are super lightweight, have the drawstring cord around the bottom so they can be worn multiple ways, and also have the hood that zips up into the collar if you don’t want a hooded look. It would be a perfect gift option too!
4. Neutral iPad Pro Cover with an Apple Pencil Holder Built In
A Neutral Ipad Pro Cover with an Apple Pencil Holder built in: I held off for so long on getting an Ipad because I love working on my actual computer, but it’s come to a point where I need to join the times and sketch my dress designs digitally. I got the Ipad Pro with the pencil that can sketch on it, and wanted a sleek, professional looking case. I got this one in brown and have been so pleased with it!
5. Amazon Sideboard Buffet Storage Cabinet
Amazon Sideboard Buffet Storage Cabinet: You guys know that we recently opened an aesthetics clinic, and I was in charge of decorating the room (I’m ALMOST done). I saw these super cute sideboard buffet storage cabinets and thought it was perfect for our aesthetics room! It is very durable and would even make a perfect media cabinet to place under a TV if you lined up 2 or 3 of them in a row depending on your space. It’s neutral so we paired it with gold accents and a relaxing theme for our room. I’ll share a pic below!
6. Nespresso Gran Lautissima Original Espresso Machine with Milk Frother
Nespresso Gran Lattissima Original Espresso Machine with Milk Frother : Ok- if you have been watching my stories you know I’m OBSESSED with my new Nespresso machine. I can’t even lie- I wanted the white, but for $200 more I just couldn’t justify it. So- practicality and the need to buy Christmas presents won lol. Seriously though it would make an amazing gift for parents, grandparents, yourself, etc. I love that the milk reservoir is built in and I can take out any unused milk and put the reservoir in the fridge when I need to. It makes perfect espressos, cappuccinos, all the things. My fav concoction right now is to put a pod in, run a cycle on Lungo setting, add a little Pyure sweetener, add a little less than ½ cup 2% Fairlife and 2 tbsp Silk Oatmeal Cookie or Vanilla creamer, run another cycle on Cappuccino, and then one more of Hot Foam. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and voila! Best cozy drink ever!
7. V-Neck Bow Cardigan
7. V-Neck Bow Cardigan: I originally saw this top in this almost $500 option – it’s linked HERE. I ended up purchasing this more budget-friendly option from Express, but I just looked, and it’s pretty much sold out. So I rounded up a few other options for you guys! I think I will end up buying the one from Chicwish as well to wear to some of our holiday gatherings (when I’m not wearing the new VIE holiday dress- coming out in 3 weeks!!!). Take a look and see if you love any of these as much as I do! I think it would pair so well with a black pleated midi skirt or black trouser pants for a dressed up, polished look or with jeans and heels for a cute date night look or more casual look.
Let me know if you guys love posts like this! I enjoy sharing even the most random things like this so if you love it too, I may make it a monthly or weekly thing that I share! Also I always love your feedback. You guys are my besties, and I love to connect with you! I hope you have the best day, and if you purchase and love any of the items let me know!
