This sweet and tasty recipe has grown to be one of my favorites to make. It is super easy to prepare and only takes a minute. This dish is perfect for any gathering. I love to bring this healthy dish to parties with friends and family because it is not a recipe that you see people bring very often, but always ends up being a crowd favorite!
Directions:
- Cook bacon and let cool then chop up
- Add chopped bacon to bowl with broccoli and sliced red onions
- Blend greek yogurt ( or low far mayo), apple cider vinegar, and stevia in a blender
- Pour the blended mixture over the broccoli and stir until evenly combined
- sprinkle sunflower seeds on top
- Store broccoli salad in the refrigerator and enjoy!
