Happy New Year!! I can’t believe another year has come and gone. A new year for me feels like a fresh start. It is the perfect time to hit refresh and get back on track in all the areas that I feel like I may have lost touch with during the year. Now that the holidays and all of the sweet that come along with it have past, I am wanting to use this new year to try to get back to a healthier diet. If you find yourself wanting to do the same, then this recipe is for you! It is easy to make, super yummy, and a healthier option! I hope that you love this recipe as much as I do! Directions:
1.Pour sesame oil into a large skillet and heat over medium. Add white part of green onions, diced red onion, and garlic, and sauté. Stir often for about 5 minutes or until red onion is soft
2. Add ground pork, grated ginger, water chestnuts, and 1 teaspoon sriracha and cook until pork is browned
3.Add coleslaw mix, coconut amnios, rice wine vinegar, white pepper, and salt, and stir until mixed well. Cook while stirring frequently until cabbage is soft
Directions:
1.Finally, in a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and salt.
2.Drizzle over top of Egg Roll in a Bowl
