This week I am sharing a recipe that I love to make when I am looking to make a healthier dinner. This recipe is called coconut amino chicken and it is delicious! I love this recipe because it is one that I can make and eat for days to come because I do not get tired of it! I also love how simple the ingredient list is. I don’t know about you, but when I am looking for a lunch or dinner recipe if I see that the ingredient list is a mile long I am immediately taking that off the table as an option. This recipe only calls for about 5 ingredients and is super easy to make! I usually will serve this dish with some type of vegetable to create a well balanced meal! Let me know how much you love this recipe!
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Poke holes in chicken breast with knife
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Wrap chicken in bacon and lay in a 9x 13 pyrex dish
- Pour coconut aminos over chicken until it fills up the dish until it covers half of the chicken
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, but check at 30 minutes to make sure the chicken does not get dried out
Let me know if you have any recipes that you would like for me to make! I would love to try any recipes that you are wanting to see!
