It’s Thursday, so you know what that means- it’s time for the weekly recipe! This week we are making bell pepper poppers that are both healthy and delicious! These bell pepper poppers are the perfect way to get your daily dose of vegetables while also satisfying your taste buds. They are filled with pepper jack cheese, sliced deli meat, turkey pepperoni, and laughing cow cheese resulting in a flavorful and protein-packed meal. This recipe is not only easy to make, but it’s also a great way to add some variety to your dinner or snack routine while staying on track with your health goals. It is one of my go-to recipes when I am wanting to eat healthy without feeling like I am eating healthy! I promise you are going to want to give these bell pepper poppers a try!
How To Make It:
1. Slice bell peppers and remove the seeds
2. Divide the laughing cow cheese wedges among the bell pepper slices
3. Slice or tear deli meat and place on top of each slice
4. Add a turkey pepperoni to each bell pepper
5. Top each bell pepper slice with cheese of choice ( I prefer pepper jack!)
6. Place into air fryer (air roast) on 400 degrees F for nine minutes
7. Let them cool
8. Enjoy!
