It’s Thursday and you know what that means! Time for my weekly recipe! This week I am excited to share with you one of Brad’s favorite cookie recipes that I make! Today we are making choc-oat-chip cookies! If you are someone that loves both oatmeal and chocolate cookies then why not have both? This recipe is the perfect combination of these two staple cookies, and is a go-to recipe for me for any gathering because it is always a crowd favorite! I can’t wait for you to try these cookies, I know that you are going to love them!
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 375 F
2. Mix flour, baking soda, oats, and salt in a small bowl
3.Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
5. Gradually beat in flour and oat mixture
6. Stir in morsels
7. Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet
8. Bake for 8-13 minutes or until golden brown
9. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes
10. Remove to wire racks to cool completely
11. Enjoy!
