Here it is! One of my most requested recipes lately! Many of you have been asking how I create this recipe, so I decided that it is time to share it with you! This poke bowl is a favorite of mine because there is some many different ways that you can create it! I have included below some of my favorite ingredients to add to mine, but feel free to get creative and create taste that you love! This recipe is quick and easy and perfect for any family due to it being so personalizable! If I am making this for my family, I love to create a poke bowl bar and lay out all of the different toppings and let each member of my family go through and add anything that their heart desires to their bowls! This makes dinner a little bit more fun as well! My kids absolutely love any recipe that they feel they get to be a part of creating! Keep reading to find out how I bring these poke bowls to life!
Directions:
1.Mix minced garlic and coconut aminos in a small bowl
2. Marinate cubes of salmon or shrimp with above mixture for at least 15-20 minutes
3.Cook your shrimp over med or low heat in skillet with tbsp of olive oil. for salmon- bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes
4.Combine desired ingredients in bowl with rice being first, add in toppings of choice
5.In small bowl, mix mayo and sriracha and top poke bowl with it
6.Enjoy!
