Nothing screams fall like some chili! This sweet potato chili will become a recipe that you repeat over and over again! Our family loves this recipe, even the picky eaters! It allows you to sneak some sweet potatoes into the meal in a delicious way!
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Add olive oil and garlic to skillet over medium heat
2.Add in ground beef- brown it (if skillet dries out add water to keep it moist)
3.Once meat is cooked all the way, add celery, onion, bell pepper and sweet potato
4.Cook until onions are translucent. Add all ingredients to stock pot. Add rest of ingredients and spices.
5.Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 min.
Can also cook in crockpot instead. I usually brown meat first then just add it all in and cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve warm.
